<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag and an airbag device configured in such a manner that a flow regulation means can be stably maintained in a folded state. <P>SOLUTION: Usually, an airbag 1 is folded and housed within an instrument panel I, and in an emergency, gas is supplied to the air bag 1 to inflate and expand the airbag 1 between the windshield W and an occupant P. The airbag 1 has a flow regulation means 5 disposed therein and controlling the flow of the gas. The flow regulation means 5 is provided with: openings (such as a first opening 51, a second opening 52 and a third opening 53) for supplying the gas to the airbag 1; and an engagement piece 54 disposed near the first opening 51. The engagement piece 54 is configured in such a manner that the engagement piece 54 can engage with an affixation means 6 of the flow regulation means 5 and that the engagement piece 54 can break when the flow regulation means 5 is inflated and expanded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
