PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture separation unit improved in robustness of moisture removing and a moisture separation device having the moisture separation unit.

SOLUTION: The moisture separation units 10A-10G having a plurality of bent flow channels 15 (flow channel group 16) and separating moisture contained in steam introduced in the flow channels 15 are configured such that the total length from an introduction port 13 to a lead-out port 14 is divided into a plurality of sections, and at least one of the steam introduced from the introduction port 13 of one flow channel 15 is led from the lead-out port 14 of another flow channel 15.
