The present invention relates to a method for preparing a conductive thin film comprising reduced graphene oxide and a carbon nanotube, and a transparent electrode including the conductive thin film prepared thereby. The transparent electrode according to the invention has excellent electric conductivity and transparency and thus can be used for various display devices, solar cells, etc.
