The device (1) has flywheel (2) that is driven by a shaft (3) in both operating states. The shaft is connected to the flywheel via two hydrodynamic transducers (4,5). An impeller (6) of the transducer (4) is connected with the shaft. A turbine wheel (7) of the transducer (4) is connected with the flywheel. The impeller (8) of the transducer (5) is connected with the flywheel. The turbine wheel (9) of transducer (5) is connected with the shaft.
