<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide conveyance of a processing machine and to prevent fluid from scattering to the outside of a tank. <P>SOLUTION: The seal structure seals a part between a tank opening part 2e which is provided to a tank 2 for storing radioactive solid waste in a water-containing state, and is opened at an upper part of the tank 2; and a cylindrical member 6 a lower end of which has a cylindrical shape and is formed into a shape so as to fit a shape of an opening edge of the tank opening part 2e. The cylindrical member 6 is supported at a radiation shield body 3 which is above the tank opening part 2e and is separated from the tank 2.
