<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost by simplifying the difficult work in the assembling process of a cylindrical secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical secondary battery comprises a battery can, an electrode winding group where a positive electrode and a negative electrode are wound with a separator interposed therebetween, a negative electrode collector ring 106 which bonds the negative electrode, and a negative electrode lead plate 119 which bonds the negative electrode collector ring and the battery can electrically.
