<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration element that solves a problem in which: a torsion bar to which a rocking body is fixed having poor straightness cannot rock the rocking body efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A vibration element 17 according to the present invention includes: a torsion bar 23 with one end thereof fixed to a base 20; a rocking body 22 having a light reflection surface 21 that is separated from the one end of the torsion bar 23 projecting from the base 20 and fixed to the torsion bar 23; and an element drive part 18 that rocks the rocking body 22 with the axial line in the longitudinal direction A of the torsion bar 23 as the center. The light reflection surface 21 of the rocking body 22 is orthogonal to a virtual plane that passes the attachment center O of the one end of the torsion bar 23 to the base 20, and includes an ideal rocking axial line AR extending in a straight line along the longitudinal direction of the torsion bar 23 and a center of gravity G of the rocking body. A member for correcting the position of the center of gravity 24, which is fixed to the torsion bar 23 and/or the rocking body 22, has the center of gravity thereof on the virtual plane and located closer to the ideal rocking axial line AR side than the center of gravity G of the rocking body 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
