<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a gel capable of gelatinizing with a uniform size. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a gel manufactures a gel by dropping a first liquid A containing a gel-forming material to a second liquid C and includes a jetting mechanism part 20 including: a container 24 housing the second liquid C and having recesses and projections at a bottom; a flow mechanism part 28 spirally flowing the second liquid C by rotating a rotor on projections at the bottom of the container 24; a tank 48 housing the first liquid A; and a nozzle plate 34 communicating with the tank 48 and having a plurality of nozzles 36 jetting the first liquid A to the second liquid C spirally flown and formed along a predetermined direction.
