<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing gel, which can cause gelation into an uniformed size. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing gel produces gel by putting drops of first liquid A containing a gel formation material to second liquid C. The apparatus for producing gel includes: a first container 24 for storing the second liquid C; a second container 32 stored in the first container 24; a flow mechanism unit 28 for rotating the second container 32 to cause a vortex flow of the second liquid C; a tank 48 for storing the first liquid A; and a jetting mechanism unit 20 communicated with the tank 48 and including a nozzle plate 34 in which a plurality of nozzles 36 for jetting the first liquid A to the swirled second liquid C, are formed along a predetermined direction. The plurality of nozzles 36 are disposed in a position facing a smooth area of the liquid surface of the second liquid C, and a direction of the rotation of the second container 32 and the predetermined direction in which the plurality of nozzles 36 are formed, are configured to intersect with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
