The present invention provides a semiconductive or photoconductive electronic device having a composition printed thereon, said composition comprising: a charge transport organic or metalo-organic conjugated hetero-aromatic compound; and a polymer binder. The present invention further provides printable compositions, methods of use and manufacture relating to said device.
