The present invention relates to an exhaust gas recirculation apparatus for heavy construction equipment. The exhaust gas recirculation apparatus includes: a hybrid EGR line (150) for inducing a portion of the exhaust gas from an exhaust manifold toward a compressor (123) without passing through a turbine (121); and a hybrid EGR valve (151) disposed on the hybrid EGR line, wherein the hybrid EGR valve is opened or closed in order to induce a portion of the exhaust gas exhausted from the exhaust manifold (112) toward the inlet of the compressor (123).
