<p>A history creation/storage unit (23), a learning unit (24), a determination unit (25), and a charging-guidance unit (26) are provided. The history creation/storage unit creates history information indicating charging locations, charging start times, and charging durations for a battery (14) in a vehicle (1). Charging locations, charging start times, and charging durations at/for which the battery (14) in the vehicle (1) was charged at least a prescribed number of times are extracted from the history information, and the learning unit uses said charging locations, charging start times, and charging durations to learn the location and time of day at which the vehicle (1) is usually charged. On the basis of whether or not the vehicle (1) is at the usual charging location and whether or not it is currently the time of day in which the vehicle is usually charged, the determination unit determines whether or not to perform charging guidance, and the charging-guidance unit performs charging guidance in accordance with the result of said determination.</p> |
