Printing textile for ink-jet and Manufacturing method thereof

PURPOSE: A printing textile for inkjet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance durability by coating an ink-absorbing layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an printing textile for inkjet comprises the following steps: coating one side of the fabric with a solution for an ink-absorbing layer using a knife coater or a comma coater; forming the ink-absorbing layer(50) capable of printing by drying at 70-180 deg. Celsius; mixing one or more selected from acrylic resin, polyurethane resin, PVC, epoxy resin, and alkyd resin on the opposite surface of the cloth; coating a primer having viscosity of 100 cps-10,000 cps using the knife coater or the comma coater; forming a primer layer(30) through a drying process at 70-180 deg. Celsius; and attaching a release paper or a release film while coating an adhesive or gluing to the upper part of the primer layer. The cloth is chosen from polyester, cotton, non-woven fabric, film, rayon, nylon and polyester/cotton blended fabric.
