PURPOSE: A city control streetlamp system and method thereof are provided to transmit situation information to a control system in real time using a city control apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A sensor control module collects specific sensor information by controlling a first sensor apparatus and a second sensor apparatus. A sound apparatus control module(146) controls a sound apparatus. An image apparatus control module(144) receives image information by controlling an image apparatus. A system control module analyzes the specific sensor information received from the sensor control module based on system setup.
