PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling emergency charging in electric vehicles and a battery pack including the same are provided to lead safe and stable operation of vehicles by effectively interfacing information about the current condition of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A switching unit(110) switches the power flow generated by charging and discharging of a battery module(10). A sensing unit(120) senses the voltage of a secondary battery cell. An over discharge control unit(130) blocks the power flow to prevent the discharge of the battery when the sensed voltage is lower than a first regular voltage.
