PURPOSE: An intelligent LED electronic display for environment friendly bicycle road reclamation is provided to enhance visibility by automatically flickering based on generated energy of a solar cell and controlling image angel of an LED. CONSTITUTION: A solar photon using a solar cell executes power generation and supplies a power source to the whole system. A lithium ion battery executes charging and discharging processes. Power production amount of the solar cell is checked and an intelligent LED electronic display is automatically flickered without separate additional costs such as an illumination sensor.
