PURPOSE: A device for raising the cutting unit of a combine is provided to allow a simple one-touch operation for raising the cutting unit of a combine. CONSTITUTION: A device for raising the cutting unit of a combine comprises a controller(1), a cylinder(2), a cutting unit(3), a control stick(5), a one-touch lifting switch(6). The controller receives an output signal from the one-touch lifting switch and controls the operation of the cylinder such that the cutting unit can be raised no higher than an upper limit. The cylinder is controlled by operation of the control stick. The cutting unit is separated from a working surface by an approximate height corresponding to the operation of the control stick. The control stick is installed in a position capable of improving operation convenience. The one-touch lifting switch is prepared on one side of the control stick and is put into an on/off position by the operator. |
