PURPOSE: A specific primer set for Pleurotus spp. determination is provided to quickly detect Pleurotus spp. species based on a PCR band. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for Pleurotus spp. determination contains an oligonucleotide having 15 or more serial nucleotide fragments in a sequence of sequence number 1 and 15 or more serial nucleotide in a sequence of sequence number 2. A kit for determining Pleurotus spp. species contains the primer set and reagent for amplification. The reagent contains DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and buffer. |
