PURPOSE: Thermal conductive materials with nano materials, a thermoelectric module including the same, and a thermoelectric device are provided to improve thermoelectric conversion efficiency by increasing a Seebeck coefficient of the thermoelectric materials using a carrier energy filtering effect. CONSTITUTION: Metal nano materials are inserted into a thermoelectric matrix. An average diameter of the metal nano materials is 10 to 30 nm. A work function of the metal nano materials is 3.8 to 5.1 eV. The volume of the metal nano materials is 35% or less of the total volume of the thermoelectric materials. An average distance between metal nano materials is 10 to 80 nm.
