PURPOSE: A device for detecting a mold breakage is provided to perform a total inspection by detecting the breakage of a mold in real time. CONSTITUTION: A device(200) for detecting a mold breakage comprises a casing(10), a sensor(20), a chute(30), a conveyor system(40), a protection cover(50), and a controller. The casing is supported by props(12). The sensor is fixed to an upper end of the casing. The sensor is placed at a rear part of a mold, and falling products(2) pass through a hollow part(22) of the sensor. The chute is placed on the sensor, and guides the products to the hollow part. The conveyor system moves the products to the side of the casing. The protection cover blocks the upper space of the conveyor system from the outside. The controller recognizes whether metal is included in the products by receiving signals from the sensor.
