PURPOSE: A bio device for sensing neural cells is provided to isolate and culture axon in the neural cells and to sense the grown axon. CONSTITUTION: A bio device for sensing neural cells comprises: a first chamber(112) for culturing the cells; a second chamber(114) which is separately placed from the first chamber; a plurality of microchannels(116) which are placed between the first and second chambers is used for growth of axon; a first micro electrode(122) which is placed at the lower portion of the first chamber and is used for applying electrical stimulation to the cells; and a plurality of second microelectrodes(124) for sensing the growth of the axon.
