<p>PURPOSE: An endoloop including a screw combination rear part is provided to prevent organs from being damaged by forming a front part of the endoloop with a hemispheric shape. CONSTITUTION: A rear part(20) is located behind a hollow rod(10). A suture(5) is exposed to the outside via a penetration hole of a front part(30) of the hollow rod. A screw thread is formed in a combination part between the hollow rod and the rear part. The hollow rod is combined with or separated from the rear part with a screw tightening method. A suture fixing unit is inserted into the hollow side of the rear part.</p> |
