The seal layer 34 may be on the interior or exterior surface of the second member. The aperture may be an elongate slot. The apertures in the seal layer and the structural layer may be substantially aligned. A filter screen layer 42 may be coupled to the first tubular. The filter layer may be formed of overlapping filter sheets. The filter sheets may remain overlapping after expansion of the tubular member.
