<p>The present application is directed to an integrated magnetic resonance device (MRD) and a reactor comprising means for containing a flowing media and reacting said media; said reactor comprising a continuous wall portion, enveloping said reactor; said MRD comprising a permanent magnet (1 a), a pole piece (1b), an array of side wall magnets (1 c), a shimming mechanism (2) adapted to maintain uniform magnetic field within said reactor, a global gradient coil (3) extending along the length of said reactor, an array of local gradient coils (4), positioned at intervals along the length of said reactor and overlapping each other such that any volume section within said reactor is within the field of at least one of the local gradient coils; said MRD is adapted for applying a magnetic field within said reactor for performing a plurality of localized spectroscopic measurements; wherein said permanent magnet (1a), said pole piece (1b), said array of side wall magnets (1c), said shimming mechanism (2), said global gradient coil (3) and said array of local gradient coils (4), are integrated within said continuous wall portion. Further, the present application is directed to an integrated magnetic resonance device (MRD)-reactor for containing a flowing media, reacting the same whilst performing a localized spectroscopic measurement; an further comprising a continuous wall enveloping said reacting media whilst maintaining upon said media a uniform magnetic field.</p> |
