The element has reinforcing elements (7) passing-through a partition plate (3) that comprises a through hole. The partition plate has a trough-shaped shell body (4) in a region of the through hole, where the shell body is projected from the partition plate in one of two adjacent building parts (A, B). The reinforcing elements are projected from the other adjacent building part under transition of another through hole in the shell body. The reinforcement elements are supported at the partition plate and/or the shell body.
