PURPOSE: An improvement method of a median strip is provided to reduce construction time by manufacturing precast members in advance and assembling the manufactured precast members on a construction site on an existing median strip. CONSTITUTION: An improvement method of a median strip is as follows: First and second precast concrete improvement members(200a,200b) which have multiple boreholes(202,204,206) and multiple spiral reinforcing materials(210,212) are manufactured in advance. The surface of an existing median strip is cleaned using a grinder and a high-pressure water sprayer. The manufactured first and second precast concrete improvement members are fitted to both sides of the existing median strip. Boreholes corresponding to the boreholes of the first and second precast concrete improvement members are formed on the existing median strip. The first and second precast concrete improvement members are coupled to both sides of the existing median strip by inserting chemical anchors into the boreholes.
