An interlock device for a cabinet, comprising an outer rail 12, an inner rail 14, an intermediate rail 16, a base (~28), a movable driving member 30, a stop 32 and a locking member (50 Fig 3). The base is connected to one end of the outer rail 12 and includes a top room 38 and a bottom room 40. The driving member includes a driving portion 42 located in the top room 38 and partially exposed from the top room; an engaging portion 44 located in the bottom room 40; and a co-moving portion 46 connected to the locking member. When the inner rail and the intermediate rail are pulled out, the driving portion 42 is pushed by the intermediate rail and retracted into the top room 38. The co-moving portion is moved 46 to shift the locking member, and the engaging portion 44 extends from the bottom room of the base. The movement of the locking member moves the co-moving portion on other interlock devices moving the engaging portion out of the bottom room which then engages with the corresponding stop member 32 preventing opening of the drawer. |
