The head (4) has a bristle support (6) on which a set of tuft-shaped cleaning elements (8) are affixed. The bristle support has movable rockers (10, 11) hinged with an end that is turned away from a hand piece-side end of the head. The rockers support the row of cleaning elements. The cleaning elements are arranged on the rockers at a distance from a longitudinal center plane of the head. The elements have free ends inwardly tilted towards the longitudinal center plane at an acute angle. The elements are formed by elastomer strips and bristle bunches (8c). |
