The tool has an eccenter assembly fixed to a rotary drive shaft (8) and translating rotary movement of the shaft into reciprocating linear movement of a tool holder (9). Another eccenter assembly translates movement of the shaft into reciprocating linear movement of a counterweight (6) diametrically opposite to and in phase with the movement of the holder. Each of the assemblies has a circular part (1a, 1a`) eccentric to the shaft, and a member (2) adjustable and lockable relative to the part. The member has an off-center crank pin imparting reciprocating linear movement as the shaft rotates. |
