MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a solar cell is provided to improve quality of an emitter layer and a silicon semiconductor substrate by efficiently eliminating impurities existing on the silicon semiconductor substrate and the emitter layer. CONSTITUTION: An emitter layer(120) is formed on a semiconductor substrate(110). A reflection preventing layer(130) is formed on the emitter layer. A front electrode(140) is formed by applying a front electrode paste on the reflection preventing layer. A back surface electrode(150) is formed by printing a back surface electrode paste on a back side of the substrate. A back surface electric field layer(160) is formed in a boundary surface of the substrate and the back surface electrode.
