PURPOSE: An intelligent vehicle driving information collection control system using exhaust gases self-testing is provided to offer an abnormality of the vehicle in real-time, by using an exhaust gas self-testing equipped in a vehicle and by extracting the vehicle driving information. CONSTITUTION: OBD device(100) generates a vehicle location state information in real-time. The OBD device generates the exhaust gas detection information, the vehicle fuel state information, and the vehicle driving state information. A portable terminal(200) transceives a portable terminal of third person and a location coordinate of a vehicle. The portable terminal(200) relays a transmitting and receiving of an image data or voice data of the third person. A management server(300) monitors the vehicle having the OBD device in real-time. |
