PURPOSE: A skincare dry device is provided to dry water by using the light illuminated by an infrared lamp and a LED, and the wind including anion blown by a blowing fan. CONSTITUTION: A skincare dry device comprises a stage housing, a hot wind blower main body, a heater part, and a blowing fan. A blowing hole connected to the inner space is formed in the front portion of the stage housing. The upper portion of the stage housing is opened. An outlet hole and an inlet hole connected to the blowing hole, and an inner blowing passage is comprised in the hot wind blower main body.
