PURPOSE: A displacement detection device and a displacement sensing target device are provided to directly measure light source signals with an optical sensor at an measuring position without a reflection plate because the light source having a proper radiation angle to a displacement sensing target device. CONSTITUTION: A displacement detection device comprises an optical sensor(110), a synchronous signal regeneration part(120), and a displacement detecting part(130). The optical sensor receives pulse signals included in optical signals and a position change of the optical signals emitted from a measurement object being spaced. The synchronous signal regeneration part regenerates the pulse signals by using the signals of the optical sensor. The displacement detecting part measures displacement information with respect to the measurement object. The displacement detecting part comprises a communicating unit transmitting the displacement information.
