PURPOSE: A semiconductor composition is provided to have high mobility and stability when the composition is used for a semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor composition comprises liquid, carbon nanotubes and semiconductive polymer which is represented by chemical formula 1. The semiconductive polymer can form polymer aggregate within the liquid at room temperature, the polymer aggregate can be formed within the liquid. A manufacturing method of the semiconductor composition comprises the following step: forming a first spreader by dispersing the carbon nanotube and the first semiconductive polymer within the liquid; forming a loaded dispersion by adding a second semiconductor to the first spreader; and forming a final spreader by dissolving or dispersing the second semiconductor within a stacked spreader. |
