PURPOSE: A copy machine using a flat panel display is provided to increase a copy speed and reduce a volume. CONSTITUTION: Light generated from a light source of a flat panel display(1) is simultaneously irradiated on a desired wide area according to the size of a picture or a letter on a printing medium(10). Moreover, reflected image information directly penetrates the main body of the flat panel display. A CCD(Charge Coupled Device) sensor(8) reads the image information. The CCD sensor is integrated with a copy machine wherein the size of the CCD sensor is the same as the size of the flat panel display.
