PURPOSE: An information reading and display apparatus for publicity are provided to read a variety of information about the universe by having locations of domestic and overseas branches or mission places easily found. CONSTITUTION: Microprocessor(1) controls operations. An information display panel(10) includes a plurality of emitting diodes. A down transformer lowers an alternating current power supply to a constant level. A direct power supply(40) rectifies the lowered alternating current power supply to a direct current power supply. First and second(53,54) light emit respectively. A first reduction motor(60) generates rotational driving force. A rotation(70) disc includes a plurality of light blocking panels(71). An information reading unit(50) makes it easy to read information of church and domestic and overseas mission places.
