PURPOSE: A shaft structure for a roller of an automatic stationary machine is provided to have low cutting resistance and to improve machinability in comparison with a shaft and a stud manufactured by a free-cutting steel. CONSTITUTION: A shaft structure for a roller of an automatic stationary machine manufactures a pipe shaped shaft and a rod shaped stud(120) with a drawing process. The pipe shape uses aluminum alloy containing 80-99 wt% of aluminum and magnesium containing 90-98 wt% of magnesium as main materials. The shaft structure is formed to fix the shaft in both ends of the shaft through a pressing process. A through-hole(120a) is formed in the longitudinal center of the stud.
