PURPOSE: A method for preparing fermented Cervi Parvum Cornu extract is provided to enhance the content of active ingredients and to reduce the damage physiologically active substance of Cervi Parvum Cornu. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing fermented Cervi Parvum Cornu extract comprises: a step of adding purified water to Cervi Parvum Cornu and performing hot water extraction and filtration; a step of adding Bacillus strain culture liquid to the liquid phase of Cervi Parvum Cornu extract; a step of fermenting the extract at 0-40 Deg.C for 2-3 days to prepare a primary fermentation extract; and a step of adding purified water to Cervi Parvum Cornu meal and adding Aspergillus strain culture liquid; a step of fermenting the mixture at 50-70 Deg.C for 2-3 days to prepare a second fermentation liquid; and a step of adding inclusion complex to the first fermentation extract, second fermentation extract, and the first or second fermentation extract. |
