THREE-DIMENSIONAL HOLOGRAPHIC DISPLAY USING ACTIVE SHUTTER

摘要

PURPOSE: A 3D holography image display device using an active shutter is provided to use a time division display method of a right eye hologram and a left eye hologram. CONSTITUTION: A beam partitioning unit(160) partitions light incident from a reproduction lens unit to make the light go along with first and second routes. A right eye active shutter(184) is arranged on the light route between the beam partitioning unit and the right eye of the user. The right eye active shutter is synchronized with a spatial light modulator to pass or block light. A left eye active shutter(182) is arranged on the light route between the beam partitioning unit and the left eye of the user. The left eye active shutter is synchronized with the spatial light modulator to pass or block light.
