PURPOSE: A structure for embankment using a hollow structure and a mesh structure is provided to keep stability by forming the mesh structure into double layer and minimize the consolidation settlement of roads. CONSTITUTION: A structure for embankment using a hollow structure and a mesh structure comprises a mat(200), a mesh structure(600), a plurality of hollow structures(100), and a vertical mesh structure partitioning member(700). The mat is formed in a lowermost layer. The mesh structure is formed into double layer. The hollow structures are coupled with the mesh structure. The vertical mesh structure partitioning member is coupled with one side of the mesh structure and fixes the mesh structures in each layer.
