PURPOSE: A kimchi flavored natural seasoning including kimchi powder and natural ingredients, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer natural flavor and taste of the natural ingredients by securing the flavor after processing. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a kimchi flavored natural seasoning including kimchi powder and natural ingredients comprises the following steps: hot-air drying all the ingredients at 50-60 deg C for 48-73 hours until the water content of the ingredients is 4-5%; crushing the dried ingredients; and mixing the obtained powder. The ingredients include 27-33wt% of kimchi, 8-12wt% of red pepper powder, 8-12wt% of onion, 8-12wt% of spring onion, 4-6wt% of lentinus edodes, 8-23wt% of anchovy, 8-12wt% of shrimp, 4-6wt% of blowfish, 4-6wt% of sea tangle, and 4-6wt% of mussels.
