<p>PURPOSE: An air conditioner management apparatus and a railway car having the same are provided to properly cope with the lack of refrigerant by displaying the lack of refrigerant inside a cooling machine to a train control unit for warning. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner management apparatus for a railway car comprises an outdoor temperature measuring unit(10), a refrigerant pressure measuring unit(20), a cooling machine controller(30), and a train control unit(40). The outdoor temperature measuring unit measures the outdoor temperature of a railway car. The refrigerant pressure measuring unit measures the refrigerant pressure of a cooling machine for the railway car. The cooling machine controller generates information on the refrigerant pressure conditions by comparing a reference value for proper refrigerant pressure stored in advance according to each reference temperature with the outdoor temperature measuring the outdoor temperature measuring unit and the refrigerant pressure measuring the refrigerant pressure measuring unit. The train control unit controls the information on the refrigerant pressure conditions receiving from the cooling machine to be visually displayed.</p> |
