PURPOSE: A user terminal, a remote consulting system using the same, and a remote consulting service apparatus, and a method thereof are provided to request a medicine prescription to a pharmacy terminal by supplying a prescription authentication number to a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(100) performs remote consulting by connecting a remote consulting service device(110). The user terminal receives an electronic prescription authentication number. The user terminal transmits the electronic prescription authentication number to a pharmacy terminal device(120). The remote consulting service device issues electronic prescription.
