PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus of examining the three-dimensional shape of an object are provided to measure the perfection of products by extracting the three dimensional shape of products. CONSTITUTION: An object is carried by a conveyer belt. The perspective light line is used. A plurality of images of the object is obtained using perspective light(S110). A three dimensional contour shape of the object is obtained by processing the obtained image(S120). The obtained contour shape is compared with the original copy shape of the saved object. According to the comparison result, the fault of the object is identified(S130). |
