PURPOSE: A method for preparing mulberry extract is provided to ensure easy absorption of mulberry active ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing mulberry extract comprises: a step of freezing mulberry fruits(S101,S101'); a step of pulverizing the mulberry fruits(S102,S102'); a step of sorting the pulverized mulberry fruits with less than predetermined size(S103,S103'); a step of stirring the pulverized materials and performing maceration of the materials at room temperature(S104,S104',S105,S105'); a step of centrifuging the materials to obtain mulberry fruit extract(S106,S106'); and a step of sterilizing and filtering the extract(S107,S107').
