PURPOSE: A composite extract for producing food containing perilla frutescens, a producing method thereof, and the food containing thereof are provided to improve the flavor and the palatability of the food. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of composite extract for producing food comprises the following steps: adding water to 2-10 parts of stevia by weight, and double-boiling the mixture for 1.5-3 hours to obtain a stevia extract; mixing the stevia extract with 5-15 parts of schizandrae fructus by weight, and grinding the mixture to obtain a stevia and schizandrae fructus extract; and adding the stevia and schizandrae fructus extract to 100 parts of perilla frutescens by weight, and crushing and filtering the mixture.
