PURPOSE: A gardening planter capable of easily assembling and disassembling is provided to enable users to assemble the planter into various shapes, and to minimize the number of components. CONSTITUTION: A gardening planter capable of easily assembling and disassembling comprises the following: a base member including plural base frames(110), and plural frame connectors(120) connecting the base frames; wall members(200) including wall plates(210) and corner connectors(220) connecting the wall plates for forming planting spaces in the inside of the planter; holes formed on one side of the frame connectors and the corner connectors; and binding pins pasting through the holes for mutually fixing the base member and the wall members.
