PURPOSE: A producing method of frozen pollack stew using rockfish is provided to offer the savory taste of rockfish stock to the frozen pollack stew. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of frozen pollack stew using rockfish comprises the following steps: heating 120L of drinking water in a caldron; inserting 1.5Kg of rockfish, 1kg of white corvania, and 800g of red pepper seeds into the water, and boiling the mixture for 1 hour; inserting 350g of spring onion roots, 1kg of onion, 1kg of radish, and 120g of ginger into the obtained rockfish stock, and boiling the mixture in the medium heat; cooling the rockfish stock after boiling the mixture for 1 hour in the weak heat; separating the rockfish from the stock, and crushing the rockfish; and boiling the rockfish stock for 1 hour after 24 hours, and filtering.
