The invention relates to a process for obtaining a product meant to be used for preparing a haemodialysis solution. According to the invention, the process consists in dissolving the sodium chloride, having a sulphate content of 0.3357%, a calcium content of 0.0016%, a magnesium content of 0.0035%, in water, removing the sulphate ions using barium chloride as a desulphation agent, removing the precipitate by filtration and purifying the sodium chloride by crystallization and recrystallization, at a temperature of 60...65°C, under vacuum of 200 mmHg, at the most, to crystallize 8.75...38.2% of the salt, or by drying the purified sodium chloride solution by atomization, wherefrom there results sodium chloride impurified with calcium chloride and magnesium chloride, suitable for preparing heamodialysis solutions.
|
