SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GETTING CERTIFICATION KEY FOR USER CERTIFICATION IN CONVERGED PERSONAL NETWORK SERVICE

PURPOSE: An authentication key issuing system for authenticating a user in CPNS(Converged Personal Network Service) and method thereof are provided to secure security for terminals by enabling a user to easily authenticate the terminals. CONSTITUTION: A CPNS(300) stores terminal information from a gateway(200). The CPNS apparatus decodes encoded terminal information according to authentication results from the gateway. The CPNS apparatus authenticates a user. The CPNS apparatus creates an authentication key for the CPNS service in case the user is authenticated. The CPNS apparatus encodes the created authentication key by using passwords. The CPNS apparatus provides the encoded authentication key to the user terminal through the gateway.
